Araize is committed to protecting the security of information entrusted to us by nonprofit organizations, customers, donors, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected through our website, software applications, and related services.
Araize Security Policy
Security and Reliability Safeguards
At Araize we know that our customers rely on us as an important part of their business processes and record keeping. We take our responsibilities to our customers seriously, and the security and reliability of the software, systems and data that make up the FastFund Online applications are number one priority.
FastFund Online systems and data are hosted by Linode. Linode is a infrastructure-as-a-service platform is deployed across 11 global markets from our data centers around the world and is supported by our Next Generation Network, advanced APIs, comprehensive services, and vast library of educational resources. They provide Araize with a managed hosting environment, data center, network, devices, operating system and application infrastructure components, providing a stable operating environment. Linode undergoes and annual SOC-1 compliance audit.
Security - SSL
All information traveling between your browser and FastFund Online is protected from eavesdroppers with 256-bit SSL encryption. The lock icon in your browser lets you verify that you aren't connecting to a phishing site impersonating FastFund Online and that your data is secure in transit.
Firewall
The FastFund Online application - including your data - rests securely behind firewall that filters incoming and outgoing traffic before accessing the server.
Vulnerability and Intrusion Detection
Araize’s servers are scanned for vulnerabilities regularly by DenyHosts, our managed security system. This system analyzes the security log and automatically blocks IP addresses after a certain number of failed log-in attempts within a certain period of time. ese scans test our servers both from the Internet and from inside our network, and any newly-identified problems are addressed as quickly as possible.
Strong encryption
Particularly sensitive information stored for ACH payment and credit card processing and bank account information and your payment gateway account details - are encrypted in our database using AES.
Physical security
The Araize servers are located in Rackspace's state-of-the-art datacenters, which provide biometric access controls, constant surveillance, redundant power feeds and generators, robust fire suppression, and carefully monitored climate control to protect the servers that store your data.
Reliability - Redundant servers and datacenters
The FastFund Online infrastructure uses redundant storage and servers to keep the application and your data available in the case of hardware failure - and another set of servers and storage in a geographically separate datacenter in case our primary datacenter is made unavailable by a disaster or other disruption.
Backups
The data in your FastFund Online account is backed up nightly to cloud based files to prevent a single failure from causing data loss. These backups ensure that, even in the event of a catastrophe like a tornado or flood, your information will be safe and your records can be quickly restored.
